Policies

Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit and be subject to an additional fee of 20% of their service.

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining timeframe. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.

Due to unforeseen variables we understand that sometimes things do not go as expected. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of your service if any adjustments need to be made. While adjustments can be made, no refunds will be issued and we will do our best to schedule adjustments in a timely manner.
